Postpartum

• One in-person visit within two weeks of birth
• Debriefing your birth experience
• Discussing reccovery & newborn care
• Guidance on infant feeding

Pricing

I use a sliding scale to make birth doula services accessible for all families. A non-refundable retainer fee of $500 is due upon signing your contract, and the remaining balance is billed at the 35th week of pregnancy. I accept MassHealth insurance, and payment plans are available.

I adhere to the DONA International Birth Standards of Practice. I am not a nurse, doctor, or midwife and do not provide medical or clinical services such as blood pressure checks, cervical exams, and fetal heart-tone monitoring.
